You Are Not Alone
You might be feeling scared, confused, and alone, but...
There are 1.4 million transgender people in the United States ...and millions more worldwide. Finding someone else who understands what you're going through can be a big help. If you are in need of immediate support, contact the TREVOR Lifeline at 866-488-7386. The links on this page will connect you to supportive, safe communities and projects for transgender people, their families, and allies. There are also great resources you can share with your family and friends as you start talking with them about gender. There's a wide range of ways to express your gender — there's no wrong way, and the only right way is the one that's right for you. |
